What are the best aspects of this product?

Customer management is very easy. I can also connect it with my social media platforms, which allows me to gather essential information on clients. It also has great tools that you can utilize to attract new customers and increase your sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer service is not very helpful. I had to create several tickets before they were able to solve my problem. They should provide a much more efficient way of serving and answering the questions of their clients.

The overall experience of our customers improved. This increased their satisfaction and our sales.
