What are the best aspects of this product?

All my clients data are in one place, allowing me to see their information and view if there are any potential clients that we can convert. It also strengthens our ties with old clients as it provides us ways on how to convert them back into using our services again. It also allows us to treat every customer, no matter their status, equally.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer service needs improvement. They are not present whenever we have any problem. I experienced having to ask them multiple times to check a problem because they wouldn't respond.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to provide better service as we can easily communicate with them. Since we have all their information in one place, it's easy to contact them or reconnect with them.
