What are the best aspects of this product?

Writing grant proposals and filling up forms are just part of the process for securing funding for individual projects. There are many more things to accomplish, which can make the person in change feel overwhelmed with all the tasks and responsibilities lined up. Intrumentl changes the way you do things, and using it makes you feel accomplished and productive, thus providing excellent service to all of your clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve been trying to come up with things that I don’t like about the product, but I could not think of anything. A few months ago, I sent them some proposals on how to improve their current process. I am happy that they find my opinion valuable, and they went out of their way to implement some changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No matter how loaded I am with all my grant-related research, Instrumentl helps me find a way to organize my tasks and make sure that I don’t miss any of my deadlines. Also, the platform can store a large amount of data, which I badly need to deliver high-quality work on behalf of my clients.
