Instrumentl Review

PROS: Using this app gives me hundreds of grant options to choose from. Approvals are relatively easy and seamless.

CONS: I am all in with this product, so I have nothing to complain about at this point.

PROS: It is a great product to use in searching for a grant. The support team is one of the best out there.

CONS: I am contented with the product itself. I am continuously using Intrumentl and maximizing its features for seeking grants. I love that they work hard to develop the product.

PROS: Using Instrumentl has changed the way on how we seek our funding from multiple benefactors. I do not need to seek help from different websites because the information will be fed to you directly into the platform, plus the links of the source are also accessible to users. I enjoy using the system to its full extent because the tabs and buttons are pretty easy to figure out as you explore the app. Our previous tool is already considered obsolete, and using Instrumental brought a lot of positive changes, and it made a grant selection way much easier for my staff.

CONS: The search results or notifications that you will be getting from Instrumentl will depend on your plan type. I am not saying that the results are not entirely satisfactory. If your organization can increase your grant search budget, I suggest that you should upgrade right away.

PROS: There is no need to spend countless hours looking for the perfect grant for your projects. Instrumentl does all the leg work for you while you sit down and wait for results. Things have never been the same again since we started getting a subscription for this grant platform.

CONS: I am a hundred percent satisfied with this product. Everything is so easy to figure out, plus it gives me something to look forward to each day.

PROS: Writing grant proposals and filling up forms are just part of the process for securing funding for individual projects. There are many more things to accomplish, which can make the person in change feel overwhelmed with all the tasks and responsibilities lined up. Intrumentl changes the way you do things, and using it makes you feel accomplished and productive, thus providing excellent service to all of your clients.

CONS: I’ve been trying to come up with things that I don’t like about the product, but I could not think of anything. A few months ago, I sent them some proposals on how to improve their current process. I am happy that they find my opinion valuable, and they went out of their way to implement some changes.

PROS: Most of the time, applying for grants can be a long and frustrating process, especially if you will do it on your own. With the help of platforms like Instrumentl, everything will be streamlined and completed according to what the system requires. I’ve been using this platform for quite some time already, and I can say that they have given me an excellent overall experience when it comes to having my grants approved in no time. One of the qualities that this app possesses is transparency because it gives you the option to view all the information you needed to know about your potential sponsor. This is for you to have an idea of whether you are a match for each other or not.

CONS: I used to have multiple issues regarding keeping track of long term grants that would usually last for 3-5 years or even longer. I would like to have my file organized and show how many grants we have every year. This problem is something that I had to deal with for quite some time until the support team behind Instrumentl was able to come up with a permanent solution. Since then, all of our grants are correctly monitored, and I haven’t experienced any other issues.

PROS: I’ve been writing and applying for grants for the last two decades, and I can say that it is not an easy job to accomplish. I usually spend long hours filling up forms and researching which organization I can work with. The good thing with Instrumentl is it breaks down the process into simple steps by looking for clients on your behalf. I also get to receive notifications, which helps me make informed decisions.

CONS: I don’t have anything to complain about with Instrumentl. I don’t have to exert too much effort in grant applications, which is an advantage on my end.

PROS: I quickly adapted to how the system works. Fast and efficient, just the way I want it to be.

CONS: There are no major flaws so far. The product is pretty great and worth recommending.

PROS: The foundation is feeling relieved that it has found a new partner that would help them seek grants in just a matter of time. Logging in to Instrumentl is pretty easy, and you can obtain a lot of information by just utilizing the search that can be found within the app. We have a few people assigned to look for grants on our behalf, and they have remained productive each day. In a nutshell, I can say that Instrumentl is not just an app that gives us the best info on grants, but it also gives us the best service that it can offer. It’s highly recommended for non-profit organizations who would like to seek multiple funding from a wide variety of sources.

CONS: Everything seems to be working smoothly for the last few months. There are no complaints or whatsoever regarding the product.

PROS: Paying for the subscription is worth the money because it minimizes my effort to look for grants from different websites. Instrumentl allows users to maximize their existing features to get the grant that fits their needs.

CONS: There is nothing to complain about. I know that I made the right decision by getting a long term subscription of Instrumentl. It played a significant role in the fulfillment of my projects. Plus, the team in charge of Instrumental is so hardworking by providing us the support that we needed to expedite our grant applications.

PROS: I like the interface. It seems to be easy for most users to understand. Straight forward. A little more robust than needed for smaller organizations but it something a company could grow into.

CONS: The pricing and customer experience support. When asked if they had a small business/ non-pofit package for 1 or 2 users vs. 5 they responded very poorly. Apparently they don't want to serve more clients especially if they are small. the customer support literally said this: "Thanks for reaching out. Our standard plan ($75/mo 5 users) is our smallest option!  Because we work in the nonprofit, we receive requests for discounts daily and unfortunately if we were to service them all, we wouldn't be able to operate our business. We hope that the quality of the product demonstrates our commitment to delivering something far better than other options.  We actually find that Instrumentl is indeed overkill for smaller nonprofits. We unfortunately can't focus on serving everyone with our limited resources. There are other more affordable options on the market like Grantstation and FDO's basic plan that you may want to check out.  All the best, Gauri
