What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great product to use in searching for a grant. The support team is one of the best out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am contented with the product itself. I am continuously using Intrumentl and maximizing its features for seeking grants. I love that they work hard to develop the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work closely with several nonprofit organizations in helping them find sources for their grant money. I’ve tried similar products but I am extremely satisfied with Instrumentl.
