What are the best aspects of this product?
Intelex has given me and my team a dozen useful features. Just as you open the program, you will see a dashboard that summarizes all the tools you will likely need. It's customizable and with just a click of a button, you can see what is on the plate of the other members of your team. And that's just the homepage. The basic tools are pretty impressive as well. From running reports to the filing of paperwork in instances where there has been an incident, Intelex supports you in all these and more. Once you delve deeper into each feature, you will discover brilliant tools such as the ability to create actionable plans to help run your business better. A complaint might prompt the tool to add a to-do for you to fix your process or improve the amenities in your company. It takes note of your employees' training too. Every so often, it will suggest specific courses or programs that your staff can take so that they can be better assets for the company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing I don't like about this program is that I have to go through multiple steps just to access the features or files I need. A one-click button would be useful, if you ask me.
