What are the best aspects of this product?

IntelligenceBank has a highly customizable interface that I really like because I'm able to make it our own, personalized system. I can basically adjust every element based on the needs of our company. I love how easy it is to manage our digital assets using this platform. I love how we can control the accessibility of the files making every department finish our tasks a lot quicker.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've encountered some system errors which were, anyway, easily resolved by their tech support team.

It gives me comfort that I can monitor the progress of our deliverables in real-time and that I can access it anywhere. It's so easy to share information with different teams using IntelligenceBank. It also saves us from time-consuming steps because it streamlines our process.
