What are the best aspects of this product?

It has an amazing user interface! It's super optimized and easy to use! I love the drag and drop feature so we can upload materials in bulk! It also has a preview feature so we can easily see what we're about to download.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think it can improve its subfolder search option because it's not easy to access the subfolders.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really simplifies our communication/sharing with our clients because we can just direct them to IntelligenceBank instead of sending them links to another cloud storage platform. All are in one place!
