What are the best aspects of this product?

IntelligenceBank has so many amazing features, but among my favorite things that I can do with it are (1) easy organization of tasks; (2) high-customizable system so we can make it our own; and (3) detailed filtering options. And on top of it all, IntelligenceBank has the best technical support team!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a few issues with the template editor since it keeps on slowing down. It will also be better if we can customize the name of the templates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because of IntelligenceBank, we're now able to keep the information we sent out more consistently. We now have better marketing materials we can send out to all our offices.
