What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the range of things we can do in just one platform! We use this mainly as a resource for our branding elements. It can be easily accessed by our distributors, so communicating with the distributors every time we have some changes is no longer necessary. That's one less step from the process. I also love how users can navigate around the system seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some gaps of course, but these are easily resolved by their tech team, so it's not really considered a problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IntelligenceBank helps us in ensuring that our branding guidelines are being followed because the team and our distributors are accessing the same files. Meaning, the information we're using is the same because it's from the same file. It streamlined our processes and definitely reduced the time spent on one task.
