It's easy to search for files using this platform because it has so many features that are helpful for organizing. You can tag files, so the filtered search is easy. Being able to download and edit images using this platform is also so convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We're currently communicating with their Helpdesk to fix our issue with the Adobe Connector because it's sometimes not working.
