What are the best aspects of this product?
Phone providers nowadays would typically concentrate on hardware and spending little time making sure their software is intuitive for users. Interactive Intelligence offers a user-friendly interface that allows me to organize calls and building conference lines. The quality of each call is excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, I haven't found any downsides for this particular phone system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our support center and sales team take in lots of phone calls. Therefore, it's critical our phones are simple enough to operate and functions well with oiur current business software. With a bulk of time spent dialing, we needed to go for a system that can operate efficiently.
