What are the best aspects of this product?

Our customers have been benefiting from getting support through this app. Articles, help guides, and chatbots are all very useful for them when they have queries regarding our product. We also appreciate that the platform is available in Portuguese.

Their product tour can be improved. We had issues navigating it at first.
