What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest help of Intercom Live Chat to our company is its automation of visitors' logins and the follow-up communications with new customers. The solution also offers a myriad solution to modernizing our messaging pipeline to enhance our conversion rate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if Intercom modifies bots so that they could assist us internally too and not just help visitors find answers to their questions. It could also be beneficial if the platform has a setting that allows us to designate which conversations are we to be notified about. This way, we can be efficient and allow the members of the support team to focus on customers who really need our assistance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Intercom Live Chat has given us higher lead capture and customer engagement rates. It has also enabled us to refine our customer service since we can better assist the patrons who need help. The solution has provided us with the means to offer FAQs or help articles as well, thus reducing the time spent on answering common questions or problems.
