What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom creates avenues to tap on clients at various times in different ways. We can use its in-app messaging system to contact our clients on the app itself or on the back-end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Content-sharing between workspaces may be an area for improvement. It would be helpful, for instance, if multinational companies that may want or need to set up several workspaces have the option to share articles with each other.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our support team is going to upgrade our help center currently hosted by Wordpress with Intercom. We believe this will help us improve our data management and customer service.
