What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom is really easy to work with. It allows you to dig deeper into your customer database, segmenting information for you so you can launch more targeted campaigns. This works seamlessly with other solutions too. I like how it allows faster transactions between other apps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been quite a few glitches in the system, especially when linking is involved. However, my team and I are hopeful that Intercom and their friendly support team will solve this soon. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Intercom is constantly changing to cater to their customers better. In turn, this allows us to enjoy better and better features. Some of the things that my team and I have been able to maximize are the capacity of this tool to segment our clients. Plus, we’ve been able to jump from on app to the next quite easily with this tool too.
