What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom’s design is simple. It has all the features we are looking for in an app in order to foster a strong connection with our customers. Intercom’s support team has been a great help from the beginning. They continue to assist us as we continue to serve our customers with their product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app as it is today suffices to the needs of our company and we find nothing to dislike so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Intercom has a strong support team that guided us from the onset. Email sequences are very helpful in engaging our customers. In a way, it has helped in establishing our name in the industry.
