What are the best aspects of this product?

This app has the best customer-facing interface among the products that offer the same service. The setup of chatbots is fast and trouble-free in Intercom. Both our clients and the customer support team benefited from using this to communicate with each other. In-app messaging and customer segmentation and targeting functions are some of the things I like about this product. Our team is looking into the possibility of utilizing the sales and marketing tools that are also integrated into this app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Knowledge base SSL capabilities can be improved in order to eliminate the need for third party service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We find that Intercom may be useful for us for three main reasons: first, its support capabilities; second, its personalized messaging system features; and third, its sales and marketing functions. Currently, we are focusing our efforts on exhausting the first in this list. Soon we can see our company expanding the use of the product to the other two. We are particularly excited to use Intercom’s personalized messaging system to minimize problems through information dissemination.
