PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom helps us have a better view of the customer lifecycle. We’re maximizing this app’s configuration settings in order to have a more personalized approach when communicating with clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered some technical issues relating to the integration of a widget via Google Tag Manager. This happened because the code inside the app was slightly different. Thankfully we were able to resolve this after some time.

We also found that some docs are not up-to-date. It’s a good thing they have live chats to solve this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has been useful for us particularly in the following processes of the customer lifecycle: converting, onboarding, and contextual engagement. We heavily rely on this app for quantified measures of our performance and the data we get from it helps us gain insight into our business.
