What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom allows us to connect with our clients in real-time. It has a pretty straightforward design that makes it easy for users to learn how to navigate. With this user- and mobile-friendly platform, we are able to perform a large part of our work without having to go to our office. Using Intercom has really been advantageous for our team so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered some issues with regard to viewing notifications from the platform. While some messages appear immediately once received, some are missed. Intercom may be improved by adding some features like automatic message notifications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As an organization, we are able to attend to the needs and demands of our clients better with Intercom. We are able to reply to our clients’ queries faster and elicit greater participation from them. Intercom allows us to boost our sales by communicating with our clients through chatbots and personalized messages. We also have a record of our visitors in the app and are thereby gaining insight into our target market.
