What are the best aspects of this product?

Intercom is user-friendly. They have a commendable support team and their custom bots allow for greater customer participation.

We have trained new employees for customer support in using Intercom and they learned how to navigate it quite fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing we dislike so far. We are extremely satisfied with Intercom.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our experience with using Intercom for marketing and customer support purposes has been so well so far that we have decided to recommend the app to other startup companies. We have been using this app along with Jira and we are extremely satisfied with the combination. The article feature within custom bots has helped us to attend to our clients’ queries more efficiently. We would highly recommend Intercom and we believe startup companies can especially benefit from its features.
