What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how this tool offers you a line to directly interact with you end user. This makes it even more possible even if the user is located internationally.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I noticed Intercom has a tendency to make changes. But then again, it's a product in development. So this is expected for an evolving tool that gets better over time.

This tool allowed to successfully foster a dialogue with our users and get an idea of their suggestions and opinions. This in turn, allowed us to move our product faster than ever.
