The biggest benefit we gained from Intercom is it enables us to nurture our trials by approaching them differently, according to their usage, for example, logged in more than 10 times into our app, made a thing, new, etc.

I have no complaints at all as I like everything about Intercom.

Intercom has helped us learn how customers are using our product, it allows me to find out how our customer support agents are handling our trial customers, has boosted the response rate for support issues, raised the adoption rate of our current trials, and finally, enhanced communication with our users.
