What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Intercom to send out targeted messages to our customers and we also get useful insights on them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find the user interface cluttered and invasive for our users. The app takes up too much screen space. We have received suggestions to use Intercom for chat purposes, but it takes up too much screen space to be helpful for customer support chats.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Intercom to get reporting and insights on our users which we use to send targeted messages to those who match certain criteria. The app helps us do these tasks easily and we do not have to blast general content out to users who may consider it spammy.
