What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how it's able to help me personalize and concentrate on each customer. I love how you can contact customers in real-time and get the chance to quickly share support from one team to another.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool's own Android app requires further functionality. At the moment, pricing is ok but I'm seeing others scale and that's starting to make question.

As a video survey platform. Verbate.co delivers excellent results. Acquiring these results requires some education, a bit of teaching, and interaction between new account holders and the team from Verbate. This product does all that and our customers appreciate it personalized influence. We highly recommend it. Once you do, you'll never turn back again.
