What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it is easy and straightforward to import users and to create segments based on various attributes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is clunky and slow. There are a few peculiar requirements about how the app shows data. For example, it won’t show companies unless there is a user from that company assigned to them. This is peculiar because you can create users and companies independently, and users can belong to multiple companies. The API documentation is poor and needs to be improved. In my opinion, the app needs to be improved a lot to make it more developer friendly.

We use Intercom to segment our customers and monitor engagement with them. The app helps us learn which aspects of our product are popular among users and to communicate with them directly.
