What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things that I like about Intervals: Intervals’ simplicity. There is no steep learning curve and it can be used by everyone. It is simple to set up and you can start using it right away. Also, it is affordable solution, all you have to pay $50/month and this is reaosnable price and it for this price you’ll get wonderful set of features. Furhtermore, I like that this tool is very flexible one, it offers lot of options so we can customize the platform according to our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile UI is not as intuitive as the desktop version. I often use mobile version to pull out reports and to see the results in a minute but I enjoy working on it through desktop. Also, they could work more on its design. Additionally, there is lack of integration with other services and this is something that they must improve.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this solution to track and assign tasks and as far as I can say It meets all our needs.
