Great tool for tracking our projects’ performances

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, this tool is easy to use and we are using it within our development department. It offers intervals so we can track large and small projects. Also, I like that it can be used by everyone, even our writers, photographers and admins work in Intervals easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could add dependencies to the tasks. Sometimes it can be hard to lining up tasks and to manage dependencies through notes within the task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track all our work, everything we do, every minute, every piece of it, everything goes into Intervals. We created specific projects so we can track non-project related communications. We have lot of things in process and it can be really hard to track everything without Intervals.
