What are the best aspects of this product?

As soon as you purchase this platform you can start using it right away. I like its time entry features. Our team is with 10 members and each one has his own favorite way to input data. It is highly flexible solution and it can be used by everyone. You can save reports, share them into PDF or Excel format so they can be accessible to everyone. The support team is fantastic, they constantly work on the product’s improvements and they are always willing to help whenever you run into some missunderstandings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Fortunately, I don’t have dislikes about this tool, I haven’t run into some issues or misunderstandings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a web development company we were searching for a solution that would help us to keep track of the time and to manage our tasks and projects. Thankfully, we have found Intervals so we ca track our time and input data into our accounting for project profitability analyses.
