What are the best aspects of this product?

Intervals allow me to organize and manage all my tasks and projects by module and milestone. I can easily analyze upcoming tasks, timelines and total scope of work. Also, this is perfect team collaboration tool because it is extremely useful for communication between other team members, we can comment on tasks, assign taks and get notification about important things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it takes some time when loading the report dashboard, projects and some tasks, especially when there are lot of activities around. Also, I couldn’t upload an image for the survey and it provided me with Upload failed message.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our company we have various types of projects and tasks that need to be track by higher departments. Thankfully, we don’t have to use emails to share and assign tasks. Intervals helps us to track tasks and to ensure that no project can be lost along the way. Also, we managed to set budgets for every product and time tracking so we can stay on track of the whole process.
