Simple and useful platform for time and task management

What are the best aspects of this product?

Intervals is simple to use and it offers configurable interface perfectly made for task management. The time tracking features are well integrated into into UI and we can easily set up the time of the tasks. It makes my work day easier. This platform has the right set of functionality that are great for managing software development and services company and we can easily integrate with various apps. It is easy to use and it is cloud based solution with wonderful price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no way to have custom fields attached to the tasks and they could add more functionality within request management part.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to manage tasks on various projects, to track support cases from our customers, to track time and many other solutions.
