What are the best aspects of this product?

Intervals offers great set of features and it meets all our needs for start-ups and small businesses. It has lot of organization and categorization elements so we can easily and accurately track time and represent tasks across clients and projects. I like that this tool is very flexible and it can be used by everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have experienced some limitiations when we moved from small to medium, the integrations were flowless and methods for pulling out data has become frustrating.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We run medium size profesional services. We use Intervals to track billable and non billable time for our services. It helps us to track clients tasks and reports.
