What are the best aspects of this product?

We have tried other project management platforms before interacting with Intervals. We use this platforms for 9 years and all I have to say that this tool is customizable, stable and robust solution. It offers great set of features that meet all our needs. I like that we can divide large projects into small tasks, we can track time and project budget. It is affordable tool and cost-effective for small businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface hasn’t been changed a lot for this 9 years and I really believe that they could improve it. The paltform usability stays in one place while they constantly add new features.

Intervals has all the features we need so we can manage our tasks, track time, assign tasks and analyse projects’ opportunities.
