What are the best aspects of this product?

The team behind Interview Mocha did an excellent job in developing this hiring software. It is flexible, reliable, and efficient in so many ways. We were able to work with Roshan and Aditya, who never ceases to give all us their 100% support in using Interview Mocha. They can easily create and modify online assessments that would suit your business needs. They make sure that you would be able to accurately assess each candidate and make sure to hire only qualified individuals who fit the role.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, they are doing a great job with the software. But should the company wishes to add more assessments; hopefully, they should focus on questions in an essay form rather than multiple choices.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Interview Mocha has helped us launch online testing for candidates that are willing to work from home. We want people to answer all the assessments without allowing them to search for the right answers elsewhere. Good thing the software was able to address that issue.
