The screening process can be broken down into three easy steps: select the desired test, invite candidates with a single click and get results as soon as they are done. Also, it is easy to make your custom test as well. You do not need coding skills to add your own questions. You can select different types of questions like MCQs, Coding, or LogicBox among many. We were able to work with Roshan and Aditya, who never ceases to give all us their 100% support in using Interview Mocha. They can easily create and modify online assessments that would suit your business needs. They make sure that you would be able to accurately assess each candidate and make sure to hire only qualified individuals who fit the role.

CONS: So far, they are doing a great job with the software. But should the company wishes to add more assessments; hopefully, they should focus on questions in an essay form rather than multiple choices.

PROS: You do not need to be a genius to use the tool effectively. It is easy to navigate that even first-timers feel comfortable using it. What is good is they have a support team that you can call seven days a week. If there is something that you need to know, look for it in the FAQ section. Using Interview Mocha in your hiring process makes everything easier.

CONS: I am wondering why a lot of companies are not aware of Interview Mocha. They should know more about this product that is very helpful in selecting candidates.

PROS: The entire process if hiring a qualified candidate takes a very long time. To reduce the workload, we decided to find a way to make things easier without sacrificing the quality of our work. We came across IM because of its outstanding features. It can provide a fair but strict assessment that every applicant should undergo. IM is straightforward to use, and it delivers exceptional results. Now we can fast track our screening process that saves time and also reduces overhead costs. Also, the company behind IM is continuously working hard to improve the platform, which makes clients like us very satisfied.

CONS: The platform is quite efficient to use. However, if you happen to have a large number of employees, uploading and sharing of testing links can be quite tricky to manage.

PROS: The question bank contains a lot of highly essential information that is very useful. The tests are also categorized according to various levels of difficulty. IM plays a significant role in choosing the right applicants regardless of the position they are applying for.

PROS: For us to assess or gauge the skill set of an applicant, proper testing should be given. IM is a unique platform that specializes in online testing. The app itself can be customized, it's easy to use, and it allows multiple users to access the platform resulting in an efficient hiring process.

PROS: The developers of this app are excellent in what they do. They allow their clients to keep in touch with them for any upgrades or custom made changes they would like to appear in their test questions. Everyone is very professional and willing to lend a helping hand.

CONS: I was hoping that IM could upload more psychometric assessments in their platform. These tests are vital in helping recruiters and hiring managers to determine whether a person fits the role or not.

PROS: I appreciate this product very much. It has a fantastic platform and it provides high-quality testing to job seekers that are easy to monitor. Also, it gives accurate reports which aid me in making the right decisions.

CONS: I have noticed that the software comes with a lot of add-ons or features. I am not sure if all of them are essential. It would be nice if the company could add a walkthrough that would make things easier to follow. Other than that, Interview Mocha is a great product.

PROS: The software comes with hundreds of online tests that we can give our applicants. Also, it is possible to request special assessments depending on the qualifications that our company is looking for. Filtering candidates used to be a stringent process before we discovered Interview Mocha.

CONS: So far what I like about the software is that it is user friendly, all of our staff in the recruitment team loves using it. Although there were some minor problems in terms of usability in the past, the company behind Interview Mocha was able to fix things right away.

PROS: Preparing test questions for an applicant takes time. However, by using this recruitment application, it makes the entire process more comfortable and more efficient. It also cuts the recruitment process into half so my staff can accomplish more tasks.

PROS: Interview Mocha comes with a specific feature called Question Bank, which is very informative and easy to comprehend. You can upload a new set of questions or create your custom made tests depending on your hiring needs.

With Interview Mocha, you would be able to customize the testing apps that would help gauge the capability of your applicants in a shorter period. You can reach out to the team anytime you need help or assistance. This tool is also known for providing accurate numbers that allow you to assess each candidate based on their scores.

CONS: At first, the availability of tests is not applicable in our field of expertise in Engineering. However, the team behind Interview Mocha is very much willing to collaborate with us in terms of developing several testing applications that apply to our job specifications.
