What are the best aspects of this product?

The software comes with hundreds of online tests that we can give our applicants. Also, it is possible to request special assessments depending on the qualifications that our company is looking for. Filtering candidates used to be a stringent process before we discovered Interview Mocha.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far what I like about the software is that it is user friendly, all of our staff in the recruitment team loves using it. Although there were some minor problems in terms of usability in the past, the company behind Interview Mocha was able to fix things right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My team does not need to spend a long time going through each applicant's resume and test scores. It is a lot easier to send them the test links which they can answer anytime and anywhere. This process makes it easier for us to decide who will proceed to the next level.
