The developers of this app are excellent in what they do. They allow their clients to keep in touch with them for any upgrades or custom made changes they would like to appear in their test questions. Everyone is very professional and willing to lend a helping hand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping that IM could upload more psychometric assessments in their platform. These tests are vital in helping recruiters and hiring managers to determine whether a person fits the role or not.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An applicant's technical or computer skills are somehow hard to assess even during face to face interviews. With the use of Interview Mocha, it is now easier to make a full evaluation in just a few minutes.
