PROS: This program's interface is really simple. It allows users to configure baselines and co-manage with SCCM. You can remotely control the enrolled devices. It's perfect for managing Windows devices.

CONS: I think it's not that ready yet to handle devices for large businesses. It needs to be more user-friendly.

PROS: Managing android devices is now made easier with Intune. I love how the managed play console is embedded in the Intune console. It keeps the system organized. It can also manage BYOD devices.

CONS: I hope they would enable app restriction soon because we really need it to restrict users from installing unnecessary apps.

PROS: I used it to manage the my mobile devices as well as the apps. I have Windows 10 and iOS devices and it works for both.

CONS: They should improve on the location services. They could also add features such as device tagging. Deployment isn't that easy so we have to tap an expert to handle it.

PROS: This MDM tool is the best one for us. We tried other apps and this one has the features that we exactly need for our business. Their tech support helped us familiarize with the app and we started using it with ease in no time.

CONS: It created Outlook web app policies that we didn't want. Others are just some minor issues that were easily resolved anyway. It's not a problem.
