Easy to use and quick adoption. Quick implementation with excellent support. The electronic workflows have become very valuable and adds to the overall functionality of this solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not much needed in improvements. Possibly more standard reports that can be easily adapted rather than developing from scratch although simple enough to do.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Would like to take more advantage of electronic workflows but lack internal resources . Possibly develop or have access to a library of standard workflows that can easily adapted into the business.

Better management of service desk requests and the adoption of electronic workflows with electronic forms supporting the business. Improved communications with the end user on the status of their requests and obtaining additional information.
