What are the best aspects of this product?
Good looking, simple to use interface. Does everything we need, without being overly complicated. Support is very responsive, and includes our requests in future versions frequently. Our end users really like it, too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Licensing is per user and not transferrable.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Calendar feature. For change management, it would be nice to be able to schedule changes, and have those show up on a calendar view. Or, build in Outlook calendar integration.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We previously had an old, home grown ticketing system. Invgate Service Desk is light years ahead of that old system. Email notificiations, statistics, reporting, etc. It has been a game changer for our team.
