What are the best aspects of this product?

Invoca is very valuable for our marketing efforts because it helps us come up with unique phone numbers to use in every campaign. It lets us set local phone numbers for localized marketing feats, as well as toll-free numbers for a wider audience. We can easily add and terminate numbers without hassle. It is easy to customize numbers according to certain protocols too. Then, the platform lets us track each number to observe all phone calls. It shows us complete information from each number we use. Meaning, we can observe how our respondents behave. This is essential for analyzing the results and performance of a marketing campaign. Moreover, Invoca lets us easily measure the number of calls we receive over a certain period. Invoca then allows us to pull-out such details through convenient reports. We can have reports in CVS or excel formats, depending on which we see fit. Plus, it lets us easily tweak data in the reports, such as customizing data ranges and fields among other variables.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have noticed only a small number of problems with Invoca. First, it consumes a lot of time when processing and downloading huge bulks of data and information. Second, we need to pay more to generate more phone numbers through the platform; that is atop the initial payment we’ve made upon grabbing Invoca. Lastly, we’ve had difficulties syncing Invoca with Salesforce CRM. That is because the process demands expert IT knowledge to pull-off, which is something that our sales staff cannot do. And it is important to accomplish because we use Salesforce CRM in handling the leads we generate, and such a tool needs to work with Invoca for a more seamless operation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Invoca has allowed us to come up with a couple of hundred phone numbers for our marketing campaigns, and it helps us track important details for each call we handle. We can easily determine the exact time of a call, how long a call lasts, if it is through mobile or landline, the nature of the source of a call, and how many calls we receive over a specified period. In other words, we are getting more details from each phone call through Invoca. This is a big help for knowing essential information about our potential customers, such as how they behave in response to our marketing campaign. It helps us easily identify which marketing channel yields great performance and results too. Thus, we now know how to properly allocate our marketing budget across different channels.
