What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoca has many cool and handy features such as listening to a full call conversation or letting us search particular phrases to listen to. Such features are very easy to use and help us check each call in a little amount of time. Also, we appreciate the help that customer support is giving us. They’ve helped us throughout the setup process, then they continuously give us updates about the platform and its use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Invoca interface is somewhat difficult to understand. Yes, some features are easy to use. However, there are functions that we can’t easily find at first, such as importing number lists in CSV format, as well as the function to exclude certain numbers in an activity.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Invoca is giving us huge marketing leverage. That is by helping us use the advantage of knowing how much calls we generate from PPC ads.
