What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool lets me manage our marketing campaigns easily, and that is without calling their user support every now and then. That is how easy this to use. But when I need some assistance, their team is ready to guide me at any moment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experience some issues when logging into our Invoca accounts. We often fail when we use email addresses that are being used by our staff through different devices.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The accuracy of Invoca when tracking calls is amazing. It is useful for gauging the quality of calls too.
