What are the best aspects of this product?

User experience is very wonderful with Invoca because it carries easy to use but helpful features. Its campaign features, for example, lets you route calls according to your demands. The reports are very flexible and customizable too. Other handy functions include the use of else feature, stacking of campaigns, personalizing call routing, and payouts for each publisher among others. And if ever you encounter some issues while using Invoca, a professional user support team is there to assist you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve found some problems with the call routing functions, especially when about efficiency. Say, the weight setting for the call volumes in the bundle campaign often fails, since we experience having an irregular number of calls to a single campaign most of the time. Some enhancements would be great for Invoca as well, such as incorporating geographic details to child campaigns for easier use. I imagine having some checkboxes to simply tick on each item.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Running new marketing campaigns has become easier for our sales team because of Invoca. That is because it lets us show our new offers and deals with our network of partners easily.
