What are the best aspects of this product?

Invoca has fantastic customization features because it allows us easily modify the platform depending on our specific needs. This makes it perfect for accommodating clients that have different needs and preferences. Invoca is also very powerful because it is efficient in covering all data we handle, no matter how large the information is. It's no question why we trust Invoca throughout the years of using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are clients who only want to use Invoca as a mere tool in their projects, instead of fully integrating it. Thus, we encounter problems when Invoca isn’t completely used in a campaign.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Invoca lets us easily create promo numbers and designate each of them to a particular website or landing page audience. This enables us to monitor their behaviors, such as knowing if they hang-up or communicate with our staff among other actions. This is a perfect solution to the difficulties in determining who among the people calling you come from your site or ads.
