What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoca is a call tracking system that carries a lot of useful features. It has a highly organized data infrastructure that integrates network, profiles, marketing campaigns and generated contact numbers seamlessly. And it is perfect for helping our team in accurately tracking and analyzing calls that we make for each of our clients. Moreover, we like its UI because it suits our demands; whether we need to set up small or large quantities of campaigns. The setup process is easy, straight-forward, and is very easy to replicate as well. Lastly, we love how the CS team always helps us when we need support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are having some problems with the generation ratio of ring pools as well as with the retention of value. This pushes us to pull down the sizes of the ringpools that we have each week, and we do it manually for the best results. This is to keep their value from going too big while keeping the attribution score above 92%.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Invoca has produced big reporting and attribution benefits to our company. This is something that our old tool cannot do. This has brought great scalability and flexibility to our company, especially that we can offer a great call tracking system for our client enterprises.
