What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoca is a robust call tracking tool that allows us to efficiently link calls to cookie IDs and sessions. This is very valuable in grabbing accurate attributions these days. Not to mention that Invoca has a great customer support team with friendly staff. And all of them are professional in providing help to us from the start.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have some false expectations with how it works with Google Ad because I thought that Invoca would let us incorporate promo numbers into the PPC ads. However, it only lets us redirect the audience from the ads to the website, and then we’ve discovered that most customers actually call from the ads. I hope this issue has been clarified right during the buyer’s journey. Say, it is best to inform about such a feat is possible only when the user implements java scripts, and if a host website would allow the job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Invoca has helped us determine the number of customers calling from our website, and how many of them are calling from the Google SERPs. It has become easier for us to link such calls into each cookie ID and sessions. We have discovered that most of them call from different ads on various online engagements and on Google My Business.
