What are the best aspects of this product?
We can have a very clear view of all our offline and online channel credits with the use of Invoca. The platform also noticeably scales as time passes by, especially that it receives new and improved plugins for better performance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is not really an actual problem with Invoca but with our operations. We can’t get legal approval for the calls that we record. Solving such an issue means letting us do a lot of other big things in the company.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our various marketing channels, such as our website, PPC ads and newsletters, are delivering a huge amount of calls to our company. With Invoca, however, we can properly credit the right channel that has brought each call to us.
