What are the best aspects of this product?

Invoca lets me have a complete perception of our entire call marketing campaigns, and it lets me leverage on quality monitoring of attribution. Undoubtedly, such a kind of view over a campaign is very essential for its success. In addition, the guys in Invoca continue to sincerely listen to our comments and suggestions, such as feature recommendations as well as our demands for integrations that suit the tools we use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Invoca and its features are terrific. However, trends in mobile formats would be useful for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Invoca has intuitive features that let me easily monitor the contents of each call. Setting up of call campaigns is very convenient. Moreover, it is easy and quick to reroute calls to appropriate call centers when needed, such as when a storm takes place.
