This is enabling us to make instant decisions regarding some modifications over performance as well as respond to data from such performance. It is helpful for implementing the best campaign improvements among others too. Moreover, we have significantly bolstered Invoca platform in our company with the help of the user support staff. This means big scaling for our business too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Invoca doesn’t instantly send call data. That’s why we think that a ping-post tool would be useful when made available on the platform. That would help us offer a set of data to buyers that would help them choose if they’d accept certain calls or not. That’s similar to how ping-posting works in lead distribution.
